I-580South of Reno
Parker’s Painting Inc. works as a painting contractor in Carson City for homeowners, property managers and businesses that want a crew with more than 30 years behind it. Carson City is a straight run down I-580 from our Reno home base, and the estimate is free.
Carson City runs on state offices, professional buildings and the shops along Carson Street. We paint existing commercial buildings and new construction, inside and out, and our commercial painting crew takes jobs from small suites up to 250,000 square feet.
The historic west side, along the Kit Carson Trail with its blue line painted on the sidewalk, is full of older wood homes. Wood that age needs patient prep, and we remove and replace bad trim and siding instead of painting over it. More on exterior house painting.
Inside, we patch drywall and repair texture, seal rooms off with plastic and put floor coverings down before work starts. Offices get the same care, scheduled around the workday. See our interior painting for homes.
Anyone who has driven I-580 through Washoe Valley on a windy afternoon knows the high-wind warnings. That wind, plus strong sun and cold winters, is hard on exterior paint, which is why every Carson City exterior gets power washed and prepared before paint goes on.
Cabinet painting and staining gives a dated kitchen a new finish without a remodel. We remove and reconnect the hardware and offer spray and hand brush options.
Shops and warehouses around Carson City can trade bare, dusty concrete for epoxy floor coatings with a stain-resistant finish that is easy to keep clean.
Elastomeric roof coatings seal flat-top commercial roofs, repel water to help prevent leaks and extend the life of the roof you already have.
Call and we try to get back to you the same day. We set a walkthrough, give you a free estimate, then agree on the scope and a schedule. It is the same crew that works in Reno and Sparks, so we plan the days on site in Carson carefully.
Jim Parker opened the company in May 1991 and still runs it. The crew is 7 to 12 painters with OSHA-trained foremen, and all of the work is done under NV License #32537A.
